Default Got to sell Scooby premiums rocketed

payed 1033 last year fully comp with AA now renewal is 1333

tryed everyone i can think off and they all 1200-1600 even keith michaels (cheers anyway moley)

i have had my car for 3years never had a claim since been driving and have now 8 years no claims and im 28.

i wanted it to drop to at least 800 etc but it just goes up and up

1995 classic import wrx standard btw
the blackpool runs were good and ill miss them

That's a shame mate, i got my UK wagon insured with aviva for £550 fully comp. I'm 26 with 5yrs no claims.

Would have thought you can get it down a bit from that price.

dont give up i was with the aa a few years ago and they did the same to me so ask them to explane the reason for the increase which they couldnt but offerd me the same price as the year give it ago might work for you all i can say is your post code must be bad for that price

Isnt Manchester one of the worse post codes for insurance? Seems expensive. I was paying £560 fully comp on my v5 sti type r ltd (27, 7 ncb) last year, and renewal june this year was £530.

foned the aa they just said that seems to be abit strange so they went away and tryed to get it down but to no avail !

its one big scam with insurance.....get this

2 weeks ago i had a quote from swinton 870 ish but it needed to be confirmed which they never phoned me back. so tryed them again last night and they quoted 1600+

What is your conviction rate? How many points have you got?

If that's clean too then it's your postcode I guess? - move, and keep the Scooby!

Or stay put , goto work on my motorbike and turn the scooby into a track day project luv it when a plan comes together.

manchester is one off the worst postcodes in the country i should know i know off people paying 250nquid on a sti with a cheshire postcode i pay 570 42 lol no points full claims etc

Are you a member of the SIDC? You get good discount off your insurance if you are iirc. What about trying a limited milage policy?
