Injury claim
Just having a debate with someone.
Is it possible to claim for personal injury off your own insurance if you are fully comp?
If so surely it is open to abuse.

Some policies will offer a medical insurance type thing. If you get injured they will pay you an amount but they will still try to recover their outlay from the wrongdoer.
