Good service from A-Plan :)
Chris from A-Plan friendly and helpful when I was looking for a new policy 
(never got the chance to speak to Gary at KM as I ran out of time, so can't really compare).
Have now read a few negative comments about MarkerStudy but am sincerely hoping my bad luck last year won't be repeated and I won't have to find out for myself!
No problem with any of the mods declared, was arranged quickly and easily, so far so good!
