Just got myself a '99 Scooby. I'm 26 and was having all sorts of problems getting a good quote. Tesco's seemed to be the best until I found a broker called Crowthorn insurance. They're based in Berkshire. gave me a quote of just over a grand and that's with 17" OZ wheels. They don't require tracker, just a Cat 1 Immobilizer.
