Got my Imported modified Impreza at the weekend and was a little worried about insurance prices (was never going to be cheap)
Called round all the usual places and prices were dropping and dropping but still not what I hoped for (hoping for sub 700)

Called the other recommended places on here but by far Simon at Aplan Imports got me a FANTASTIC deal and I highly recommend them.
Im 30 with 7yrs NCB and have the gf insured to drive the car as well.

Very friendly helpful knowledgeable guy who saved me hundreds on my best price.

Hi,
Interested to know what he got it down to? i'm thinking of buying a cyprus import - got quoted for a normal wrx sti from uk at around £479 a year. Not sure how much difference an import will be - any ideas?

As long as the Import is of EU spec and has security according to the insurance co, it will probably cost exactly the same as the UK one

Mine was the same price as a uk one.

And yeah I hear the EU imports are similar prices if they meet uk security.
