I need to renew the insurance on my MY99 Wagon before my Sti7 arrives April/May, so I have just started ringing around for quotes on both. Frizzell gave me a good quote for modded MY99 (exhaust centre and backbox) with no tracker of £545, which is ~£100 cheaper than last year with NU. I feel this will be hard to beat. However, when I asked for aquote on a Sti7 their computer didn't recognise it.

Has anyone else had this problem with Sti7 quotes.

I have phoned about 30 ins co's in the past week.
if memory correct they list it as "WRX STi 2002 model"

Mine is "only" a WRX but most co's read out a list of options they had on the screen and the above sounds like the STi7 to me
The std WRX is listed as "WRX AWD"
