insurance with greenlight

insurance with greenlight
I've had an insurance quote from greenlight for an impreza type r but says I must have owned a performance car for the last 12 months. I had an uk impreza a year ago (owned @ least 2-3 years & insured through greenlight) would that count?

I'll check the application and response from the Underwriter for you in relation to the Impreza type R.
To save me contacting the Underwriter then yourself twice, can you confirm by PM as to whether you've had cover in your own name since you sold your last impreza that was with us?
Experience wise, most Underwriters do ask about the last 12 months - but with a bit of negotiation i'm fairly sure they'll be ok with your record.
Can you also pm me your actual name, date of birth and postcode where you would have been living whilst covered with us, as this will help me trace your record.
