Does it vary having turbo sti or wrx??
does the insurance vary for each of these 3 types??

Yep, we even went a few months without quoting for any 2 door Impreza, as the claim stats were so bad for them.
The classic will normally be the cheapest, and the STI most expensive, but there isn't always a massive difference.
If really does vary from company to company though.
However, the last time i checked the worse Impreza's claim wise were UK WRX's, and the best performing ones were the JDM STI's.
Not sure if that is still the case or not, will try to find out.
