Bad start to the weekend - KM has let me down :(
Got home tonight to find a letter from Keith Michaels Insurance. I made a change to my policy back in January but they didn't change the amount of my DD. have now been given a bill for over £300. Why has it taken 10 months to find this out. Was told at the time my direct debit would be altered.
Can't get anyone to sort it out on a Friday evening, and only promised a call back on Monday.
Now got to spend all weekend wondering how to get the money together before they cancel my policy.

the conversation you had was most likely recorded (when you took out the policy). ask them to listen again and if it is their fault then they should either write this off as their mistake or come to some agreement.
Top tip - check your bank statements once in a while heh.
seriously though i would think it is unlikely that your policy will be cancelled. If they don't play ball speak to the FSA.

m1cks - i was made aware of roughly what has happened after you rang.
Don't let it worry you, i will speak to our accounts guys on Monday to see how they are going to sort the problem out.
