Not renewing insurance, how long until NCB lost?
If I decided not to insure a car at renewal time, how long would it be before the no-claims discount was lost?
I would have the proof of NCB via the renewal form, but would an insurer accept it after a year, 2?
I have 2 policies and 2 cars, so would be using the other one.

Hi Rossboy,
Most Insurers will still allow your NCB up to a maximum of 2 years after expiry.
Beyond this date it is unlikely that you will find anyone to accept the NCB.
