Default Insurance Advice

I am 22 years old, and i currently own a 2006 MINI Cooper Works (Not the supercharged version)

I really fancy a bugeye WRX or WRX STi in a few months time.

I am 23 in September and in July i will have 1 years NCD. I did have 2 but a slight tap in my old car and i lost what i previously had. The woman who claimed against me, claimed for a scuffed bumper on and old Clio. I offered to buy a new bumper but she was having none of it.... total claim cost £506.

I will only do approx 6k a year as i do 600 miles a week in a company van as i work for a water company.

Any advice as to who to go to, and adding parents to policies etc to get a reasonable price?

I have tried a quote with Admiral, for an STi 7 and it came in with £350 voluntary excess at £1550 which i thought was quite respectable.

Just added a parent and tracker and it's £200 less. Looking good
