Default Contacting Gary @ Keith Michaels

Right.... i know there have been a few people saying they can't get hold of me, so i thought i'd suggest a few ideas.

If you can't get through leave a message, dispite what you read on here i do manage to get back to 95% of people.
I can be contacted via pm and e-mail (garymoulson@aol.com is normally the best), but as you can appreciate if the phone is ringing i have to answer that before i can read messages (not my idea...the companies)

We do not insure under 22 year olds on Subaru's, and will only consider under 25's if you have at least a years experience on a 200bhp+ car

If you have contacted another company who have said ''see what Keith Michaels quote then we'll beat it'' (yes...i know it happens a lot with a certain company) please don't waste my time if you have no intention of being insured by us. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but i have to reserve my time for people who are actually interested in taking a policy with me.

I do appreciate it can be a nightmare getting hold of me, but please do keep trying. I do try my hardest to get back to everyone, but i am only human!!!

And i'd like to say a big thanks to the people who i help out and say thanks either verbally or on here. Your kind words and thanks are honestly appreciated. (and i'm sorry to all those i bore chatting about my car )

Gary

Hi Gary, I'm still waiting for my proof of no claims to come through. Been 2 weeks now.

When i checked on Wednedsay we were still waiting for it to come down from your insurers.

FWIW both myself and our admin department have given verbal proof to your new company, as they told us they only needed it verbally.

The written proof will be with you this week anyway

Gary,

Spoke to you last week regarding the insurance renewal on my Scooby. Have emailed you the modifications list and left 3 messages for you to call me back. The last one was that you would be out for half an hour then would phone me, that was yesterday afternoon

Neil.

Got a phone message from him yesterday at 5pm yesterday so I phoned back today at 9:30am, "he's on the phone, he will ring you back"

I phone again 11:30am, "he's on the phone, he will ring you back"

Still no phone call..

...come on own up, who put superglue on the ear piece of the phone?

Have passed him the message.

Is there any particular reason you needed to speak to him and not me?

It was him that I emailed my modifications too so unless you have access to his account it would have been difficult!

Got the phone call back now thanks.
