Default Where to shop for insurance???

Hiya I am looking to buy a Impreza turbo or WRX (1999 car) but can’t seem to get a good deal on insurance, I am 23 to be 24 when I insure the car with 5 years no claims and no accidents and a clean licence the best quote I can find is around £1000 does this sound about right?

Thanx in advance

Sounds an exceptional price for your age. You must live in a good area. Is that for comp insurance btw?

Always worth a try. A-plan didn't want to know with me due to Manchester postcode. Ended up with Tesco's. May have been cheaper due to having 3 cars insured with them plus the house. Churchill were competitive as well. I am slightly older though at a young 37.

i would be really careful kev, i am 24 going to turn 25 in 4 weeks, but cant get insured on my sti up until am 25 as the scooby has minimum age limit of 25. all these websites give u a quote but when you proceed to purchase they refer you and all you get is a very annoying machine like operator calling you back saying you cant get insured and not bothering to give u any advice

Thanx for the advice I did phone tesco a while ago and there quote was 1300 with a tracker I prefer to get a quote over the phone, I was hoping for a quote around 900-1100 really I thought the 5 years no claims would have been a bonus for me
