a friend of mine got banned after a moment of madness in his mg zr. he got banned for 18 months for his crime.
anyway, after his ban is finished he wants to get his car re-insured but will be only 21 at the time. who will offer him the best deal, thats if anyone will touch him.
can anyone give advice?
