Congratulations!! Perhaps it was your quote he was doing all afternoon, as he was far too busy to call me back (twice) this afternoon with my quote!!

(Gary, if you read this, Im the guy who rang you regarding P1 insurance, then rang you again 1 1/2hrs later, and yet you didn't get back to me.)

If you got a quote ring me ASAP as my renewal is due in less than 48hrs!!

I actually had my quote sorted last week and today I decided to go ahead.

I am sure that if you call him in the morning you will definetely get hold of him (I had called 3 times and managed to talk to him every single one...maybe I am too lucky on the other hand). Keep trying mate because he will make a good deal....you still have 2 days.

Best of luck.

It sounds like I am bashing him in the above post, I apologise but I am just angry with the fact that he didnt get back to me! Hate it when people say they are going to do something, and they don't.

I spoke with him both times, and the 2nd time I told him I had to pop out in 20mins, he said not a problem, I'll call back before then.

Just want to know either way if he can offer anything, as my renewal is going ahead automatically on Sat unless I cancel.

Will call him again in the morning.

Guys,

Gary's one guy within a company doing the best he can, he is a genuine Scoob enthusiast and he'll do a good job when he gets round to you, but without backup you are going to experience delays and service issues when he's on hols.

This was my very situation prior to launching greenlight many moons ago so I can feel for him, I was oversubscribed, but this was also the very reason that I launched a specialist broker to cater for Performance, Modded vehicles & kit cars.

If you cant get him, try & bite your lip as he's doing what he can without support or adequate resources.

Or, failing this - We'd be happy to help, our products are geared towards performance & modified vehicles only and we have a team of people like Gary who can help.

Gary himself lives just a bit too far away from Greenlight to rescue.

Kind regards

Tony

I must eat some humble pie here!!!

Phoned Gary this morning again, he apologised to me as the underwriters hadn't got back to him. Within an hour he had phoned me back and quoted me Very, Very Happy

He even knocked en extra bit of ££ off for the inconvenience caused

So, apologies Gary, I am sorry for spouting off (I really am an impatient being! ) Give Gary a call, he will def be able to save most of you guys some cash

Glad to help guys.

As Tony has said i don't always get the back up i need, but that is being looked into.

If you do request a quote and don't hear back then try again. I know it is a pain, and i do apologise, but i will try and make it worth while.

I can't promise i can always get the cheapest quote, but will always give it a go.

Gary
