Zero NCB Drivers
Ok well a bit of advice really.
10 Years ago my licence was taken away untill test passed , this i took 2 weeks ago and passed . Now i waited till my licence came in the post to see what they had issued me i.e years been driving etc , this has come back as test passed 1991 so to all insurance issuers i have held it for that long , now as my convictions are over 5 years (10 in years) i do not have to declare them ! or Do i mention them , tryed A-Plan and they wont insure without NCB
My questions are
1 , Do i declare even thou they are over 5 years
2 , If i don't and have a accident will they see this as a loop hole to not pay out
3 , are there any insurers out there that will insure without any NCB
Cheers
