kick ***, when the engine is near completion i will do that....its a couple of months off but i wanted to make sure that i "could" before i went ahead and had it built!!!

calling them is one thing, making sure you are sat down at the time is key

It isn't as bad as you may think.....i'm certainly looking at doing 2.5 conversion.

Im messing about, Im insured through KM on my second car as I got a very tidy rate with no transferable NCD

out of interest, roughly what %loading would you think a capacity increase would carry?

incidentally i rang Moley this morning and was quoted very happy indeed....

cheaper than my old 2.0 quote without mods declared!!!

Always thought A-plan had the more relaxed attitude towards the 2.5, will give you a call in the New Year Moley when its due for renewal.

What insurer underwrites the policies for the 2.5?

I rang A plan, all-be-it nearly a year ago for a quote on a 2.5ltr, and they said the underwriters think of a number 99% of the time with a '1' on the front...... how things change when they become more common....
