22 year old on MY00

Anyone recommend a insurance company that might insure a 22 year old on MY00 UK Turbo 2000 awd???
I've had the car insured with Tesco for nearly 2 years now, i'm 23...
The possibly new owner is getting quotes off Elephant of £3400... and Tesco won't touch him on it until he's 23...???
Anyone think of anywhere???

A-Plan or greenlight are ure best bets. The well known insurance companies will charge silly money for someone of that age...as ure finding out.
