Insurance for 3 months?
#1
Guys,
My insurance expires on 31st December 2000.
I have 1 instalment left to pay on 3/11/00.
Basically I'm 21 in March 2001, so don't want to renew until then, its only 3 months and I've got a company car to be going about in.
Also it will give me some spare cash to save up for my huge premium.
Question is, I don't really fancy leaving the car in my garage (All be it locked up and immobilised) without ANY insurance.
Is there anywhere I cant take out a 0 mile 3 month policy???
Any help greatly appreciated!

Steve,
There was a thread ages ago about this type of policy, I'm sure if you looked back through the archives you would come across it. Someone on the BBS was looking for insurance to cover their car against theft or damage from their home adress for a period they were not driving it, "stood up" insurance or something. I think they managed to get a contact number.
If that is unsuccessful try mailing "Rum", he works in the insurance game.
