Does anyone insure cars that are being worked on and developed while off the road (SORN) such as my impreza that i will be working on soon.

It's not drivable due to lack of parts, especially the engine, however i would still be heart broken should it go AWOL

Also does anyone know of the best insurance company for covering highly modified weekend second cars ????
