A-Plan!
If you've seen my previous thread re taxi driving into me you'll know the scenario! Should have had 5yrs NCB this month but then had a claim in Feb. They knocked my NCB down to 2 years! Also had an SP30 in Dec.
Admiral gave me my renewal price of £1586 which I didn't think was bad for 2 yrs NCB, 1 claim and both me and hubby having 1 SP30.
I rang on Sat to ask how much upgrading to 18" alloy wheels and they quoted me £207 extra! They have now decided though that they hadn't put my SP30 on so increased it by £500!!!!!!! The renewal price was then £2049!
Anyway! A Plan rang me this morn and he went away to his underwriters and came back at £1699. If I decide by the end of today they will knock another £100 off, and if I want to add the alloy wheels it's no extra.
Result!!

Rang A-Plan twice, and filled in their online callback form, and they never bothered to get back to me. Ended up having to renew with L&V...

Part 2!
Have taken up their policy!
Rang them back to ask how much exhuast, alloys and induction kit would add and was only £50.
Very impressed!
Apparently they insure a lot of Scooby's including imports.
Telephone number is 01635 874646, I spoke to Rob.
