Default 20yo, group 10 modded 1.6GL, 1NCB, help!

Currently paying £1800 with Liv Vic, but obviously I was 19 and had 0NCB last year. Everyone seems afraid of modded cars, all I've got is centre decat and stainless backbox, wrx 2 pot brakes, green panel air filter, and 15" alloys off a Sport. Are the brakes, air filter and wheels far enough from standard to be worth mentioning? STi spoiler and facelift front bumper could be on by the end of the year too, still hardly excessive is it!

Any ideas who's good for young drivers then? I have pass plus and IAMs, Cat1 security, garaged, and 8k milage all in my favour hopefully.

Norwich Union the best so far with £1215 and excess of £470 with all mods declared (except panel filter as that isn't actually on yet), though they wouldn't do more than 3 mods so I'd be stuffed for the future, and the panel filter.

Any advice much appreciated. TIA

Ben

Well, NU decided to make it much more reasonable if I up the excess to something getting on for the value of the car! I'm pretty happy with £785 and £1020xs with mods declared though, they decided not to be bothered about the 2 pots and panel filter.

One very annoying thing is my 1 yr of NCB appears to count against me, as it means they use that discount (35%?) rather than the discount for my Pass Plus which would be 48%! Mad as a tree full of badgers, but still far cheaper than anyone else, so they'll get my business unless Liv Vic suprise me with a competitive renewal quote.
