Esure ~ theiving gits
Does this sound right ? Are they being theiving gits ???
Back in Feb 04 my 328 was "touched" by a foreign truck driver on a roundabout. It did a bit of damage and was reported to e-sure.
On closer inspection the damage was really superficial so the claim was cancelled. They said it would have to stay open for 3 months until they were confident that the 3rd party wouldn't claim.... FFS it was a 40tonne artic that brushed my door.
Beemer 0 Truck 1
Anyway..... claim was cancelled. Didn't wish to persue any further.
Now I get my renewal through on another car and are fuming that they've loaded the renewal.... OK only its loaded by around £75 but WHY ?
The claim was cancelled, it wasn't deamed to be my fault.
I didn't take this issue any futher, neither did the 3rd party. It was a 2mph brush as the truck driver didn't see me on a roundabout and I was on his outside... he was moving over etc....
Less than amused.
Time for a letter I feel.
