I need a good quote for me.

Im 18 want a non-turbo scoob and live in surrey.

i have been quoted 4200 but feel that there is probably less to pay.

Does that include the car?

Try subaru insured. They're brokers. They know the cars and IMO do a decent job to find a good quote.
