Import WRX insurance for young drivers?

My m8 has just imported a 93 impreza wrx and offered it to me really cheap, I wanna buy it off him but I'm having problems with the insurance, I'm 22, 3 years ncb, been driving 3 years, no accidents, no convictions any ideas?
