Is it just me, or are Norwich Union Direct crazy????
Just come to renew my policy;
"Would you like to take out RAC Roadside assistance with that, it's £39?"
"Err, no"
"We could give you a discount on your policy if you do."
"Ok, how much is the discount?"
"£60"
