Just been on the L/V site and got a quote of £504 / £558 F/Comp, protected, F/no claims, my self and spouse MY99 Standard UK Turbo at 44 years young, N/U Direct came back at £458 I have never used either of these firms before so how do these quotes sound. Will the figure change when and if I ring them. Oh! Budget came in via Phone at £650.

I tried L & V website once. It quoted Five hundred and something. When I phoned, it went up to eight hundred and something. Peerson on the phoned claimed she'd never heard of that big a discrepancy before and was going to raise the issue with their techy people (yeah, course she was...). So I insured with Egg (who were five hundred and something...).

I rang LV today and the price went up to £645, not bad more than £100 than was quoted online, My local brooker quoted £547 so I rang QUOTE ME HAPPY and they have given me a price of £445 plus £20 cash back. So looks like I have been QUOTED HAPPY.
