right then, need to insure the 205 gti as a 2nd car, ie no No Claims to use on the policy....
footman james will do me 1500 miles limited for £207 for the year,
know of any more, as i need to insure it in the next few days??

Try Carole Nash, I've got a MkII GTI golf as a second car on a classic insurance policy (car has to be 10 or more years old)
they might want you to join the owners club if there is one
