Is there any company that allows you to have two cars on one policy,or at least deals with the second car on favourable terms?

One is my main car,the second a cheap runabout to work.

Thanks
Paul...

Try calling a broker, they have access to policies which will reflect the percentage discount, of your no claims discount on your main policy.

Cheers simb.Rang a few today and you're right.No-one seems to do 2 car policies but if you have full no claims on another car you can get a good discount.

TBH the idea of owning 2 cars is starting to wear off.

If you can, try and put the 2nd car in your partners name, you should get a better discount.

Thumbs up

Admiral let me use the scoob's NCB on my second car, so I didn't have to start from scratch with a new policy.

I have 2 Impreza's insured with NFU and as I had full NCB on one they allowed 30% on the other for the first year.

Until I bought my P1 I was with Privilege, now I'm with LV.
I run a Citroen AXGT as a runabout. They gave me a 50% introductory NCD on the AX.

Must remember to give Admiral a call next time around.

Cool

Apart from the Scoob, I also have a 1987 Vauxhall Cavalier. I was with Churchills on both the cars. I changed to LV because they were £200 cheaper on the Scoob, when the Cavalier came up for renewal I was quoted £250 TPFT by Churchills, but LV came back with £238 FULLY COMP!!

Might be worth giving them a call

I have 2 cars ( a Scooby and a really dull Renault Savanna Estate) insured with Liverpool Victoria Frizzell, I think they are on one policy, they are very good and quick on sending out certificates etc. They are on 0800 748 748.
