do l&v do insurance for under 17's ?
i am asking because i found their website saying nobody between 17-19 ? BUT from a link on google i can get a quote from them but you need to ring them to buy it ???

its on a impreza 2.0 sport (no turbo)
i am 17 aswell and i dont get wether they will or wont do it , one page says NO one says please call , your quote is between £1100 and £1300
