I've currently got a modded Pulsar GTI-R (in for sale) and i'm paying £990 for all mods, TPFT cover.
Would any company even consider me on a WRX? Or would i have to go for a UK Turbo?
Any ideas what sort of figure i'd be paying?

No one can tell you what to expect mate, apart from well over £1000 for a UK Turbo . It really depends on your individual circumstances so could be £2000, £3000 etc etc. Ask the 'experts': http://www.tescofinance.com/personal...rins/apply.jsp.

GTI-R's are group 20 if i remember correctly while WRX's are group 17 or there abouts, so if the insurance has covered you on the nissan then you will have a good chance on the scoob (i think!)
Try tesco's, I'm 23 with only 1yrs ncb and they'll cover me for just over £2000 so you have a good chance

Also worth looking at Elephant.co.uk, I am insured on a 2000 WRX Sports Wagon with them for £700 (mind you I am an old bugger compared to you lot and have over 10 years NCB, to be honest though most places cap out at 5 yrs NCB) There are benefits to being over 30 after all!!
