car knocked into last sat while stationary at traffic lights,took to my local garage -quote faxed that day.i am now waiting for an independent assessor to agree re cost but after 10 phone calls yesterday now told to wait till monday and will probably have to take a day off work to get sorted
anyone got any ideas as my courtesy car runs out on 13th and it sounds unlikely my car will be sorted by then-new boot,bumper,exhaust and rear floor

 

The way ahead is to approach the other guys insurance comapany and ask them to arrange for a rental car until the repairs to your car are finished/tell them this should be cheaper for them than forcing you to go to a credit hire company such as :

all of whom will be more than willing to rent you a car as they know the other guys insurance company will be paying for it.The above have websites and operate nationally but if you need any more info please say.
