I'm 24 and have had a 99 uk turbo since May 2002 and was insured for silly money with Directline. I'm in a VERY high risk area but have 6 years NCB.

Anyway, Tescos have quoted me £1672 with following mods (sti 5 spoiler, alloys, exhaust (up to 10% power increase). Which is great considering my situation.

I asked them what about 45% power increase from a new turbo and they said £1932 which is well cheap considering everyone else wants £2500 for a standard UK car!
