Yeah but about 1 month prior to renewal, they send you your new proposal along with new quote and proof of no claims, so if you don't want to stay with them you notify them, and if you do want to stay you do nothing!

Bell direct do the same.

 

Bell Direct, Admiral, Elephant and Diamond are the same company so they all renew your policy if you don;t tell them otherwise.

Its just a case of phoning them when your renewal quote comes through.

Just like diamond won't touch you unless you are female...

Its just their way of cornering the market...

X won't accept you but Y will. Either way, they get your business!
