just went to renew my buildings insurance with AA. they offered 30% discount if my car was insured with them. If you have a big buildings policy then this could be a very good deal i.e. mine is £1200 ... so the discount on that could signigicantly override savings you get elsewhere on car insurance.
just a thought for anyone renewing out there
oh yes ... when direct line gave a lower quote (-250) for contents+buildings AA matched it.
