Question

I've got downpipe, Sti back box, Eibach's etc on a MY02 WRX. Do I need to tell my insurers?

Cheers!

Do you want them to pay out should you have the misfortune to have a serious prang?

Seriously, I'm told that insurance assesors are getting more and more clued up about car mods. I doubt they know everything about mods though.

Afraid it's one of life's little gambles.

Cool

Looking around for a quote and went to the website of Liverpool Victoria and on the first page after clicking on quickquote two of the conditions for insuring you were --->>>

Your vehicle has been manufactured for the UK market, e.g. it is not a Japanese import
Your vehicle does not have any performance enhancing modifications.

I suppose ringing them would be better, even in this day and age it takes some people weeks to do a simple update on their website
