Approx 18 months ago I hit some up the backside and the third parties insurers admitted liability in writing, then "changed their minds" in writing, this correspondence was never made available to me by my insurers so I was unaware of this retraction, which they admit, would the first letter stand up in court as I had my car repaired on the strength of the FIRST letter I received? Also the third party has NOT claimed against myself.
I have never admitted anything. This is actually a case that is ongoing at the moment and is costing me my Full NCD
