My insurance are asking for an alarm certificate for my standard CAT1 alarm on my My00.
I dont have one anywhere - is this something I should be able to get from a dealer?

if this is the alarm fitted as standard by Subaru then keep telling the insurance company this. Direct Line (who we had at the time) were known to be a real pain insisting on this yet knew it was fitted as standard. I think we ended up photocopying part of the book and sending it to them

I remember this when I bought my Scoob.
Yes you should be able to get one from a dealer.
I think they check it over and issue a new one. Think he quoted me £20-30. Give them a ring, they knew exactly what I wanted when I called. If you've lost the alarm PIN No. as well they can sort that out.
Can't remember but I think the certificate expires after a few years anyway (3 I think). But then again I may be in lala-land with that one.
