I sent a qutoe sheet back to subaru insured today, to hopefully get a good quote

and one of questions on the form was r u tea total?

now this raises questions

if I say yes do they assume i'm lying, and say aye B*&%ks i bet he's pi**&d all the time?

if i say no, do they assume i will drive my scooby at 105MPH whilst drinking babycham.

never really a good question to answer is it?

i drink at socical events, like birthdays and staff nights out. but the little box wil not let me type that it, more or less gives you yes no room to type.

which then leaves you open o the above assumtions, ahh well just thought i would post and see what you lot think

The tee-total question doesn't really make much difference, but there are some companies that might give a tee-total person a small discount. Having said that, the companies that do this tend not to insure Scooby Turbos...

I wouldn't worry about it too much and may have a word with the powers that be and get it scratched from the form...
