Was on the phone to Tesco about my new policy today and was asked - "did I know I'd been excluded as a driver from the policy?"...

The guy looked into it and it seems that when a supervisor did an override on the system last week (to fix my mods list which had been incorrectly entered), she'd also somehow removed me as a driver. I'm now assured I'm back on the policy but - it makes you fink dunnit!

I'm with tesco's at the mo but not impressed.They are not very mod friendly. Friend with a civic vti pays nothing or very little extra for his mod's but they want stupid amounts of money to do the same thing on scoob
Will be looking for a new company in a few months for my renual.
