How many points have you got???and have you any NCB,plus area can hike premiums but 8 grand is VERY high for a 25 yr old.

Try some of the ones people on here have been happy with and im sure youll get it below 2 grand.

Btw be careful when you do get a cheap quote, youll find the excess is very high,to get that cheap quote,so dont forget to ask about excess.

Speak to a specialist such Greenlight, who understand the cars. They worked wonders with me ( MY01, 31, 3points, full no claims, all mods declared) £830. You'll need a Cat1 Alarm and a tracker on most policies these days. Also try restricting the mileage.

Would try Liverpool Victoria or A-Plan (0845 0711234)

I have been with A-Plan for years now, I rarely phone anyone else...

I thought my insurance was bad! £2000 third party only (no fire or theft) for a 1992 R32 skyline with two-litre engine, slush box and no turbo!!! looks like GTR though its rarer than rocking horse **** and my insurer knows nothing about the car so I could mod to my hearts content as they are ignorant I just say it`s not been modified to my knowledge but it's an import so I don't know!!!!

Skyline, a mate of mine was with Tesco on his R32 and he was paying £1500 and thats with a turbo, 31 and 0 NCB. He has now gone with adrian flux this year as they are cheaper
