I've just bought a new mota, and the old one is laid-up in the garage waiting for someone to come and buy it. Does anyone know if I can buy a short-term TPF&T policy (2 months or so) ?

I tried to arrange short term cover once (i.e few weeks to a month) phoned loads of places and couldn't get cover!!! Best thing to do is buy a full year policy and pay up front. If you cancel you'll get 10 month proportion back......I think.
