Not sure how many of you guys are with KM C/O Gary, but year after year they continue to come through with my renewal premium.

I literally can't remember the last time my policy went up in price.

Top work guys..... again!

In the interests of balanced opinion. I found them a nightmare to get a hold of. Always by phone. If thats what they are like taking your money i dont want to have to deal with them if the worst happened.

The worst did happen and I had to make a claim, you dont deal with KM as they are the broker you deal with the actual insurer. I had no issues at all.

Indeed, they dont do multi car polices, I couldnt insure my hatch and fozzy on the same policy, something Admiral do well, unless you modify the car and declare it, or have an import then they are not so obliging

Gary dropped my insurance by another £10 this year... All good so far

He is a tricky blighter to get hold of though - as noted above.

Rang and spoke to Gary yesterday funnily enough who couldn't have been more helpful with a policy adjustment. Year after year he makes renewals simple and yet is still 100% honest if he thinks they will struggle to beat others in the industry.

Top bloke!

Haha, I frantically click on all the threads with "Gary Moulson" in the subject.

My greatest insurance fear is that he'll get fed up with work and move to a different job elsewhere, in which case I'll have to find another broker after 10 years of excellent service (wow, I'm so old).

Been with Gary for over 12 years
doesn’t vary the policy £200-£220 per year
no problems I always ring his number and get straight through to him every time

I seem to be the Odd one out when I went for a quote from KM it was a minimum £300 starting block where Direct Line gave me a better quote with all mods declared

We tend to be very competitive on Subaru’s, but sometimes we’re up against a quote that’s too cheap to complete with.
Sorry we could help this time
