I came out the gym this morning and have some lovely paint damage on my rear bumper. I have asked the gym to see if they have anything on CCTV but if not am i correct in thinking i either claim of my insurance and pay my excess or just get it repaired which will probably be lower than my excess anyway?

Wounded!! Get it repaired yourself mate last thing you want is premiums rising unless you got your ncb protected

Try seeing if you can get the footage or atleast have access to see who was parked there

This is the only reason I park my car far away as possible from the entrance as the gym won't take responsibility or the fingers out if anything happens and all the lazy bone idle bums park as close as they can to the entrance to the gym

Cheers mate still waiting to hear if they have anything or not on camera. Just annoying and that they didnt even leave a note, sure they heard and felt it!

Annoying as **** when people don't have the bollox to own up to a mistake. Get it repaired yourself mate, be a darn sight cheaper in the long run.

Pretty sure there is a hatch bumper skin on eBay, new.
