Chavs should know better. Half of Nottingham was brought to a stand still today because of some chav on a scooter was under a van.
I did the stupidest of things as a teenager but nothing as dumb as that! Hope the girls were ok?

Who are they prosecuting? Presumably the girls for "Thinking without due care and attention"
Personally I would prosecute the council as the roundabout did not provide seatbelts, oh and there were no warning signs to inform them of moped/roundabout incidents

Hung on tighter........ the g-force at that speed of revolutions would be huge. No chance of hanging on, unless they were strapped to the frame, now that would be funny! They should have gone to the local fun fair, paid the 50p to ride the rides and be done with it. Oh well.
