before i went on holiday in May i put my car in a garage and hid my sterio head unit at home. i still cant find it and am now thinking of buying a new one. i dont know what one it was though. its made by Panasonic and had dolphin graffix and various other images in blue. the ***** at either end were silver and the left one could push in so it was flush with the unit. last year i posted a thread cos i lost a **** and needed to know where to get another one, but i cant find the thread. would anybody know what the sterio was and is the head unit the most expensive part to re- buy

Nothing wrong with it, very well written and very amusing.
I did a google image search for "panasonic car radio facias", a few rads but no dolphins im afraid, good luck in your quest
Sara you nutta.

Now, panasonic didn't make one with dolphins. That would be the Pioneer.
Depending on how old it is, I'd guess it's a DEH-P9000R (the first OEL to be launched and thus ££££)
But Pioneer change their model line up every year so it maybe different model (OEL -as in animated diplay now extends down to the 6000 series)

i have a really bad memory

the 'facia' was all black with thin red lights along the bottom that can change colour
