Whoa, want a go, looks even madder (in a centrifugal way) than the Tea Cups at Alton towers.
Anyway, I reckon thats the training camp for the first Chav in space.

Yes it is. She seemed willing enough to me to sit on a roundabout whilst her mates arranged the scooter. She could have got off at any time - wtf did she think was going to happen !?

Quite, the total lack of responsibility is one of the things that defines the chavs. It is never them or not their fault.
