Hey,
Anyone know anything about this companys products?
My MM100 sub is giving up the ghost (rubbers) and I'm going to need to replace it but its been discontinued.
Link to the one I have
http://www.polkaudio.com/products/mm100
I'm looking for a direct replacement does anyone know what to recommend?
Thanks guys

Hey
Now I havent been around in the ice scene for a while but I am sure that polk are pretty descent but I would look at the air displacemnt when buying a sub to fit the box cause it makes a diference. Why not buy there new version??
I used to run all different types of subs from JL audio 10" X3 and Infintys then alpine 12" and then the pure daddy was 3x 15" cerwin vegas which kicked *** however JL were really good punchy with the alpine amp. I also had a set of kicker 12" which were good but didnt have the same depth as the JL audio. alot of it has to do with getting the right box for air displacment for the boot.

Yea Polk are considerd a premium brand
Polk SR6500 very popular with legacy owners and DIYMA members stateside
I did consider them myself before I went for my Alpine SPXs
Theres a Polk sub at no 7 in the 2013 top 10 Subs ..

Try having a look on DIYMA to see what comments you can find on their subs

Polk Audio are a masterclass in speaker systems. If there home surround sound speakers are anything to go by I suspect there in-car audio is just as good.
I have a 5.1 polk audio home surround sound system and am very impressed with the build and quality. not sure if this helps you much though
