i bet you all have had this before, but i have looked all over google and can not find anything, i have a 2004 subaru impreza sport with a sony single din head unit and wanted to change the speakers so i got 13cm alpines for the front and 10cm for the back.*
I got these as they are meant to fit the car as on ebay it says 2004*http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3503998470...ht_2142wt_1413

but these are the wrong size so can i just pack the speakers out abit so they do not hit the window when its down or is there an item i need to buy?

And also what to use for the back?

mate have a look at a few thread back ,theres links to ebay spacers that come from a company on ebay mjmautomotive i think, i put the links up on most threads, they fit perfect and allow the speaker to fit perfect and have no issues with window going fully down,

or some folk buy corsa3 speaker adapotors although i havent done this.

 

yes i got the corsa ones can't see how you would mod them though

I have some fronts which came new with the speakers I bought. I didn't need them as I already had some fitted. Send me a tenner and I'll post them to you

fitted alpine 13cm on front with the corsa spacers
and 13cm alpines at the back just redrilled holes
