Pioneer AVIC D3 Help!!!!!

Does anybody have the road map discs that need uploading onto the stereo for the Satnav to work please????????? Since having the car plugged into the RR they don't seem to work?

only use a genuine disk a copy will harm your radio,trust me i know....
